| History -- Bought in July '95 for 5K; 2 days later in shop for $2100 front/rear differential rebuild. Spiders chewed to nubs and ring gears missing teeth. Bottom line: I was too eager for a Jeep. | ||
| Clubs/Trails -- Seattle-area trail runs so far, no club memberships but as soon as I get off nights I'll be knocking at the door of the Cliffhangers in Lynwood. | ||
| Other Jeeps Owned -- This is my first Jeep. For the future I'd like to get a CJ-3A to make into a very capable off-roader, then sell the CJ-5 and get a CJ-7 for a daily driver. | ||
